Return Instructions

• Products must be returned via Registered Post, with prepaid postage.
• You assume any risk of loss, theft, or damage during transit. We recommend insuring your parcel. Saarinen Organics will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if not insured.
• Only the products will be refunded, not the shipping costs.

Return Locations

• Products purchased from an independent shop must be returned to that store for a refund.
• Purchases from our website, markets, or consignment stands can be sent back to us for a refund.
• Products bought with a voucher, gift card, or promotional code will receive store credit.

Discounted Sets and Bundles

• If returning an item from a discounted set or bundle, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly and will not reflect the full price of the individual item.
