The Saarinen Organics Returns, Refunds & Delivery Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will give you a 30 day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods. Please email us at within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any issues.

Only the products will be refunded not the shipping.

If the products were bought from a independent shop the products will need to be returned to them and a refund issued from the store.

All other purchases from our website or in person at markets or from one of our consignment stands can be sent back to us for a refund.

Any products bought on a voucher, gift card or promotional code will receive a store credit.

We recommend that you return the product (and they will need to be returned) via Registered Post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore we advise you insure your parcel. Saarinen Organics will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

We use Australian post service, as we live rural all post leaves Wyndham at 10AM every morning during the weekday, any orders past 10AM will have to go into the next days mail.

We ask for your mobile number so Australia post can SMS out your tracking number, we also record your tracking number so if you fail to receive it we can trace it.

Saarinen Organics takes no responsibility on the speed of which your parcel will arrive as it is 100% out of our hands though we endeavour to do what we can to find your order.

We have a great report with our existing customers and strive to make lost orders a fair resolve for both parties.
