What is Insect Repellent - For Mozzies?
Keep mozzies at bay with our Insect Repellent. A small amount goes a long way. All you have to do is pop a small amount onto your hottest points, rub it in, and those bugs won't bother you again. We have been gathering natural ingredients and refining our formula for more than a decade in order to give you the best possible protection from mozzies. Usage Tips:
- Apply directly to your heat points—behind your ears, wrists, the backs of your knees, and your ankles.
- Depending on how active you are, you may like to reapply after several hours.
- The reason for this is that essential oils evaporate and emit their fragrance from the body’s heat points, which is what gives you the protection
- Creams contain essential oils for good dispersal; sprays have chemicals to disperse/suspend essential oils.

Aqua (Water), We use ionized rain water (caught in our stainless steel food grade tank) set at the Perfect PH for your skin, which is slightly Acid.
The water is used for our infusion of Herbs, Certified organic herbs, grown by Saarinen Organics AKA us! certification 19060 of -
Glycerin - Certified Organic Glycerine, derived from Flaxseeds, Palm Free. - ACO 10282P.
Emulsifying wax - is derived from plant-based alcohols and sugars, Cetyl and stearyl alcohol both come from the natural fatty acids found in coconut oil.
Olive oil - Olea europaea, cold pressed, Olive Extra Virgin Certified Organic Vegetable Oil - ACO 10282P
Lavender essential oil - Lavender angustifolia - Local Biodynamically grown -Mt Darragh Lavender farm
T-tree essential oi - Melaleuca alternifolia - Certified Organic Essential Oil - ACO 10282P
Citronella essential oil -Cymbopogon winterianus Jowitt- Lemon grass - Certified Organic Oil - ACO 10282P
Preservatives - Styrax Benzoin Gum - dried out gum from the Styrax Benzoin tree.
Preservative - Australian certified organic approved trademarked ingredient (we cannot use the name of the product due to copy right) made from a vegetable based preservative with a Vanilla and Almond aroma used to preserve cosmetic formulations, providing good product stability and resistance to microbial contamination. Being a natural preservative it also accommodates consumer demands for naturally derived cosmetic ingredients and preservative free products.
Our cream bases
At Saarinen Organics, we make our own cream base to protect the integrity of our products, so you and I can be sure exactly what goes in it. Also I formulate each individual product in accordance to the consistency of the natural ingredients. No batch is exactly the same so there may be variants in color, texture, consistency and smell - that's the nature of natural ingredients
Many products contain active ingredients combined with a cream base purchased somewhere else.
