We’ve been making this Heat Rub using ingredients from nature for over 10 years with truly amazing results.
Usage Tips:
After a nice hot shower when your pores are open, apply the heat rub to your effected areas. Rubbing in to create a warming relaxing feeling. Massage experts mix a little warm oil to half a teaspoon of our heat rub to massage large areas. Remember you have chilli on your hands so don’t rub your eyes!!!
Ingredients:
I make this with 3 tinctures of fresh and dried herbs and Apple Cider Vinegar. This is a very old traditional method using a natural base acid to draw the goodness from the herbs without damaging cells, taking 3-6 months to make. Our heat rub has Comfrey Root, Chilli, and Hypericum Tinctures mixed with Arnica infused oil and essential oils to help warm areas that need some TLC. A Note from Kay: Both Gregg and I were the guinea pigs, we just couldn’t find anything on the market that would help our needs. We both work hard and needed something to relax aching muscles—I think that’s why we were able to nail it (Gregg is so honest with his feedback as hubbies are lol).
