Tips for joint pain due to lack of collagen and Silica

I have found my joints are increasingly being painful due to menopause and the lack of silica.
S
o i have researched and worked on myself with great results.

Due to the pain i have stacked on the weight though am slowly getting on top of it and getting back out there and exercising.

Below are the 3 main things i have done, Yoga, Silica smoothie and my heat rub

👉SMOOTHIE

My silica rich smoothie every morning which is

Frozen raspberries

1 table spoon of seaweed

1 table spoon of LSA

1 teaspoon of beetroot powder

half a avocado

spinach

topped up with coconut water

👉Heat RUB
